Whether you are someone who is experienced trauma or anxiety, or you know someone that has you realize that it isn’t as easy as washing your hands. It takes hard work. You need to have patience. You need to experience laughter. You need to be able to forgive yourself for allowing yourself to live through that and forgive the person that caused you the harm I’m not asking you to take them out for a steak dinner. I’m saying write a letter be harsh. Say what you gotta say and then burn it. Release the anger, the anxiety I hate whatever you’re feeling whatever the emotions are release it and know that you’re OK. You don’t have to be OK. It’s OK to say I need help. I wanna talk and we’re here to help you do that

âGreat Pumpkin Glow-Up & Trick-or-Treat Survival Guideâ
Monday Nov 03, 2025
Monday Nov 03, 2025
Spooky season slammed the brakes on adulting! We aired the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown classic (yes, Linus still got ghosted by a gourd), then unleashed a dad-joke apocalypse so corny the candy corn filed a complaint. Crash tried to scare us with âghoulishâ puns; Dixie countered with safety tips slick enough to dodge razor-blade rumors and your momâs curfew. Brian and Eric turned trick-or-treat routes into a family-friendly heist movieâbecause nothing says Halloween like outsmarting porch pirates in dinosaur costumes.
Glow sticks? Check. Reflective tape? Fashion. Zero meltdowns? Liesâwe laughed âtil we snort-cackled. Kid-approved, parent-survived, and hilariously haunted. Press play before the Great Pumpkin snitches! đđ»
